Move of class website to SJI Junior's school website

Dear Parents and Students,

Please note that our class website has moved.

You can go to the school website and click on the link "Class Websites" located at the top right corner. When you are at the class websites page, you DO NOT need to login to see messages and homework lists. You only need to login when you want to download files from the class website.

UserID: student's NRIC
Password: password

Please change your password after you have logged in for the frst time.

E-Learning Day preparations

Please note that for E-Learning Day on 26 Mar, the school will be using www.wiziq.com to teach a half-hour lesson. For P6 students, it will be a half-hour lesson in Mother Tongue only.

Students who have not signed up for an account with Wiziq, please do so before Friday this week. When signing up for an account, please take note of the following:

- Sign up using the school's email account given to each student. To access the your school's email account, go to the school website, click on SJIJ Gmail located at the top right corner of the page. Your UserID is your NRIC and your password is "password".

On the actual day, an email invitation will be sent to each student to the student's school email account. Please login and click on the link in the email to access the virtual classroom.

Supp classes to resume next week (Term 2 Week 2)

Please note that there is no supp classes this week. All supp classes resume next week.

Also, please be reminded that morning CCAs on Tues resume tomorrow.

Please note that Science Practice Paper 2 answer keys are uploaded.

Click on the "Files Download" link to download the answer key. Make sure you have done the paper before downloading it. Use it to check against your answers and read carefully how the answers are answered according to the type of questions.

Recommended Math Practice book

As recommended last year, this is the Math practice book which I find is a very useful book to prepare for PSLE Math. It consists of many problem sums that enable students to learn the skills needed in PSLE.

I suggest students get a copy of this in Popular bookstores. Parents or tuition teachers can help to explain the answers. As for tuition teachers, it is highly advisable to hire those who are current Primary school teachers.

Students can come to me for help as well whenever they have problems.

Cancellation of Supplementary classes on 18 Feb, Thurs.

Please note that supp classes on 18 Feb, Thurs have been cancelled due to the swimming heats to be held on that day.

Swimming heats participants will go for their lunch at 12.30pm.

Reminder to bring "Interactions" books for next Sci lesson

Please be reminded to bring "Interactions" Activity Book, Coursebook and the 2 Process Skills booklets for the next Science lesson onwards.

REMINDER!!! Cancellation of Supplementary Class on Thurs, 4 Feb.

Please note that there will be no supplementary class on Thurs, 4 Feb. There is a school function and I am involved in it. I will be giving homework for the supp class and students can do it at home.
